Refund policy.

We want you to be happy with Fesono. If it isn’t right for you, here is when you can have your money back.

Plans

• Your first payment for a monthly or yearly plan is refundable within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have used fewer than 25 credits.
• Renewals aren’t refunded, but you can cancel any time before the next renewal; you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.

Credit packs

• Credits you haven’t used are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
• Credits already spent on AI steps can’t be refunded, because the AI providers charge us for them. A step that fails gives its credits back automatically.

How to ask

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which processes refunds to your original payment method. Email us at legal@fesono.com. Or reply to your Paddle receipt. Please include the email address you bought with.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer law.
