Terms of use.

By using Fesono, operated by Asare Group, you agree to these terms. The service is in early access and is provided as it is; features may change or pause.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the music, lyrics, images and videos you bring or make here.
• You give us permission to process your uploads only to provide the features you use — including sending them to the AI providers described in the Privacy page.
• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the music, lyrics and images you upload, and — before casting anyone in AI scenes, hooks (singing clips) or a filmed music video — that you are that person or have their permission to use their likeness and voice.

What you must not do

• Upload music, images or likenesses you do not have the right to use.
• Create content that impersonates or deceives, depicts real people in sexual or degrading ways, harasses anyone, or is unlawful.
• Share your passcode or account, try to get around the invite list, passcode or usage limits, or overload the service.

We may remove access for anyone who breaks these rules.

AI-generated results

Lyrics, timings, scenes and text are produced by AI and can be wrong. Review everything before you publish. Some platforms require you to label realistic AI-generated content — for example YouTube’s “altered or synthetic content” setting — and that is your responsibility when you publish.

Plans, credits and payment

• AI steps use credits, and each step shows its credits before it runs. A step that fails gives its credits back. Previews, exports and promo clips are free.
• Plans are listed on the Plans page. A monthly or yearly plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; after cancelling, you keep it until the period you paid for ends.
• A plan’s monthly credits refill on the 1st and don’t carry over. Credits from packs never expire and are used after the monthly ones.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and handles customer service inquiries and returns for payments.
• Refunds follow our Refund policy.

Access is currently by invitation while Fesono is in beta.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or content you choose to publish. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
